Friendly, accomodating staff. Beautiful location and vistas.
The location was outstanding, would like to visit again.
Having to pay for parking, it should have been made clearer that their was a charge to park in the Hotel facilities.

This hotel is filled with an eclectic range of furniture and art work with the most amazing view of mount Etna Staff were helpfull and pleasant
Unfortunately the jacuzzi bath wasn't working nor was the television, which I managed to fix myself as they couldn't. My husband hit his toe going into the bathroom as it was up a step which he didn't see as the lights were inside the bathroom. No tea or coffee making facilities which I think is very disappointing.. There was a fridge in the room but it was so loud we had to turn it off at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location and views. Quieter and peaceful compared to Taormina.
